Oh hi! I'm your mentor form the OReo Shop camp and I'll explain on Federatiosn! A Federation is kind of like a big partnership. Orders can be transferred from one shop to another within the federation, if you ever have overflowing orders. Well, at least thats what the GOC does. Most federations have an excess orders center but nothing much.
