I need an explosion sound, falling sound, record scratching sound, crickets chirping sound, crash sound, and sad violin for my project.

Those are some good ideas. But also, if you need sound effects for a project you're working on currently I recommend looking them up and downloading. Suggestions can take long to approve and implement.

Ok its just i cant download them so i need them

You can record them if you have a Media Recorder. Or you can find other Projects that have these types of sounds and borrow them with the backpack.

No they don't, there are over billions and billions of different sound effects in the world and it is literally impossible for the Scratch Team to add every single one. They have a ton of sounds as it is and anyone who needs more will take the time to get them.

I understand that not everyone had Media Recorders and can Download Sound Effect. But anyone that has Scratch can use the backpack tool to borrow sound effects from other people. (I have seen thousands of Projects with all the the Sound Effects you listed BTW)

What you do is you go to a Project that you know has this Sound Effect, push See Inside. Find the Sound Effect inside the Project. Then open your Backpack with the Tab on the Bottom of the Screen and click and drag the sound into the Backpack.

Then once you are back in your Project you go to the Sprite you want to put the sound in then click and Drag the Sound into the Sprite. Then you can use the Sound Effect to your Heart's Content.
