The extension of Lego Boost has finally reached Scratch and allows you to do incredible things like using up to 4 engines at a time, distinguish colors like red, blue, green, yellow, black and white or illuminate with different colors and intensities or indicate the angle of inclination of another sensor in the two axes.
There are 6 blocks to drive motors that allow each motor to be operated independently by indicating: an address, a speed in percentage from 1 to 100, or the time you want it to work in fractions of a second, or the rotations you want it to give.
Using only two of those four engines, you can drive a vehicle at full speed. If you want to turn to one side or another, you simply have to give more percentage to one of the two and if you want to make crazy turns, you simply have to give the two engines a percentage of 100, but each one in one direction

La extension de Lego Boost ha llegado por fin a Scratch y permite hacer cosas increibles como usar hasta 4 motores a la vez, distinguir colores como rojo, azul, verde, amarillo, negro y blanco o ilumninar con distintos colores e intensidades o indicar el ángulo de inclinación de otro sensor en los dos ejes.
Hay 6 bloques para manejar motores que permiten que cada motor se puede manejar independiente indicando: una dirección, una velocidad en porcentaje de 1 a 100, o el tiempo que quieras que funcione en fracciones de segundo, o las rotaciones que quieres que dé.
Usando solo dos de esos cuatro motores, puedes manejar un vehiculo a toda velocidad. Si quieres girar a un lado o a otro, simplemente tienes que dar más porcentaje a uno de los dos y si quieres dar giros como un loco, simplemente tienes que dar a los dos motores un porcentaje del 100, pero cada uno en una dirección.

Possible to allow scratch3.0 to connect 2 wedo2.0 in the same project?(LEGO wedo2.0 app can do this.)
wedo2.0 only support 2 ports, if scratch3.0 can connect 2 wedo in same project, then 2 motors and 2 sensors can work in same project, more creative and fun project can be create.
Although LEGO app itself can connect 2 wedo, but Scratch is much more fun and user friendly!
Sincerely hope, Scratch3.0 can add this feature. : )

Hi can please some one help me how can i get the blocks order when user will click on green flag button? I am just finding the hook where I can do custom operations according to my custom project

Is anyone here I can't connect with lego boost I have scratch link and lego boost extension inside scratch. What's the problemo.

After 6 months, I thought I'd try Scratch with a Micro:bit again. I still get the same error as when I posted in the following post: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/351395/ . I thought I'd try again as I now have the Chrome browser, on my Windows10 PC, but it still doesn't work. I downloaded and installed ScratchLink 6 months ago and I still get the same error msg about port 20110 being already in use. Any suggestions? Anne Carlill, Code Club volunteer, UK.
