For Staffs

1. Be polite and friendly to customers.
2. You must follow this thread.
3. Try to do orders within the timeframe given by the customer.
4. Try to do orders to the best of your ability.
5. You must have been on Scratch for two weeks or over.
6. Do not accept any orders if the codeword “lemonade” is not in the form.
7. Only staffs who have the status of Scratcher can be a manager
8. You must use cubeupload or imageshack to upload your order.
9. The codeword is “lime”.

For Customers

1. Do not disrespect staff
2. Give us as least 3 days to finish our orders.
3. When reviewing, be honest, just don’t be rude about it.

Activity Checks
Activity checks happen every two weeks in our forum

Strikes
You get strikes by not responding to activity checks in time. If you are a Manager, you will get 1 strike and demoted into a staff. Staffs get 1 strike if they do not reply to the activity check. If your break one rule, you will get 1 strike. If you get three strikes, you will be fired.

LAS Points
LAS Points are used to remove strikes. If you get 50 LAS Points, you are eligible to have 1 strike removed. If you finish 1 order, you will receive 15 LAS Points. If you are the first to respond to an activity check, you will receive 10 LAS Points. If you are the second to respond to an activity check, you will receive 5 LAS Points.
