Does anyone know who has the 400 millionth project?

It seems to be this, made by a japanese user.
(I used the scratch API to view unpublished projects)

Unfortunately, that project is either unshared or deleted so we have no way of knowing. But the 400 millionth shared project hasn't happened yet so we can still wait for that!

EDIT: Unless you use GitHub, then you could see that the 400 millionth project is literally nothing but a blank Japanese default project.

Even though I didn't get it, and I don't know who did, I'm still sort of lucky because I got #400 000 073.

Update: I have found project #400 000 000.
