I can make anyone a GIF image (those pictures that are animated) in five seconds or less if you give me a link to a project with the animation.
I can also help make you a signature with a button that you press in the forums that leads people to your profile.

I think that was unnecessarily harsh. Think about it: what would a malicious New Scratcher (if one even exists) do to make a GIF request malicious? If it's not possible for someone to do something untrustworthy, then don't tell them that they are untrustworthy anyway just because you can.

I say this is discrimination against New Scratchers.

If you can come up with something that a New Scratcher could with GIF requests that would make them untrustworthy, let me know.
