On some of my projects, scripts don't activate when they are supposed to. For instance, in one of my projects I have a “When Backdrop Switches To _” block starting an animation sequence. But, when I run through the game, the animation does not start when the game switches to the backdrop I typed into the blank spot on the block. I'm not sure if it is something wrong with Scratch, or if I'm doing something incorrect. Please help me figure this out. Thank you!

Could you share the project so I could check it's not a flaw with the programming just in case?

I will tryt to share a project with it happening. I deleted a lot of the projects with the bug, though, so it might be a while.
