Converting .sb3 to EXE 100% WORKING!

First, download scratch 2.0 offline editor and the .sb3 file you wanna convert

Upload the .sb3 file to the offline editor, and save it to your computer as .sb2

Now go to http://junebeetle.github.io/converter/, and convert it to .swf

And then go to http://swf-to-exe.com/, and convert it to .EXE

No, it doesn't. This is a better method to convert SB3 to EXE.

Yes, it does, i tried just to make sure everything is working

http://swf-to-exe.com/ is not working. The “upload file” button disappeared. And when I use devtools to get it back and upload a file, I just get a screen saying “Please, select an SWF file!”, while I did.

This is about converting a sb3 file to sb2 then to swf then to exe (there's a way to convert sb3 to sb2, can look it up).

You could try TurboWarp Packager, I'm actually sure it would work better than this.
