if im next to the router i get about 60mbps same conditions, if nothing else is going then it pushes 100

i can technically get 200mbps out of my connection but with everything connected that aint happenin

fast.com is absolute garbage. I have gotten so many bad results from it, especially when on satellite. It might be very latency-sensitive.

Also worth noting is testmy.net which seems to give good results.

My ISP advertises my service as 100 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up. So not bad at all, considering I have family members using the network as well right now and several servers running.

Our ISP advertises ours as the M350 package with average speeds of 365/35, so getting 20Mbps higher download consistently is nice.

I just got the M500 package, it's niiiiiiiiice. I get about 550 down, 36 up.
