It would Usually Be a Normal Semicolon (; ) But I Think 1 (Maybe a Few) Time(s), It Would Show a Huge One.

why would this add anything to the overall experience of coding on scratch?

The semicolon on the bottom of every page will just make the Scratch website look a bit buggy. You can just do Inspect Element, right click the very bottom line in the HTML looking thing and Edit as HTML, and type in a semicolon at the very end.
