How to Use

The Cubic Recursion Shop is a “shop”, a place on Scratch where users can place “orders” to receive media for their projects, studios, forums, or other places. Our products are made with the finest perfection! If you'd like to order one, go to the Place an Order part of the front page, and copy the ordering form into a new reply, and then fill it out. An employee will later respond to you and take your order, and then you will be given the product you requested for free! When you're done, go to the Information for Customers page, then copy out the review form, to mark the performance of the employee.

You can also apply to be an employee, by going to the Apply for Staff/Staff List page and copying out the application form. We're looking for talented and experienced employees, who are polite and have a decent understanding of the forums. If you're accepted, then read the Information for Staff page, which contains valuable information for employees. If you help advertise the shop, then you can even get on our Board!

Terms

For Customers:

• Please give credit to the shop when you use one of our products.
  
• You cannot claim for one of our products to be made by you.
  
• Expect waits of at least a day.
  
• You can only change your deadline 2 days in advance of when you made your order.
  
• We have an unclaimed orders centre, so there is no need to bump your order.
  
• If we have a staff shortage, your order may be slightly delayed.
  
• It is encouraged that customers fill out the review form when they receive their products.
  
• Please do not blockspam or post nonsensical content.

For Employees:

• All employees must be following this topic and curating the official studio.
  
• Only take orders that you know you can complete.
  
• Try to be as active as you can.
  
• If you help advertise the shop, you may get on our Board.
  
• Do not abuse your position if you are on the Board.
  
• Every 2 weeks, an activity check will be held. Respond to these to prove your activity.
  
• You may resign from the shop at any time.
  
• If you wish to resign temporarily, we will put you on leave for a set time.
  
• You can be on leave for up to 1 month.
  
• Failure to comply with these Terms may warrant a strike against your membership.
  
• An employee will be removed from the shop if they get 3 strikes.
  
• A previously removed employee may reapply at any time.

If you have read these terms, put the codephrase “cubes are cool” in your staff application/order.

Board Member Information

• Co-Chairperson and above have the right to accept staff applications.
  
• Founder, Co-Founder, Executive and Public Relations Officer have the right to accept partnership offers.
  
• Board members will be chosen just before the shop opens.
  
• If you get 2 strikes, you are demoted from the Board.
  
• If someone on the Board is removed from their position, members will be promoted one-by-one and a non-Board-member will be appointed as Public Relations Officer.

Vote Information

In the event of a vote, Board members will get an extra vote (so long as the vote is not a yes-or-no question)

Suggestions

If an employee would like to suggest something to the shop, they make a post about it on the topic. It must then be supported by 3 Board members, debated by the Board, and then voted on by the whole shop.
