“NFE” stands for “not for everyone”. If a project is marked NFE, it can't appear on the front page or in search results.
There is no way to “unmark” the project, but maybe if you make sure it can be FE (“for everyonne”), and tell the Scratch Team to “unmark” it, they'll do so (if they agree that it's FE). I could be completely wrong, though, so I don't recommend doing it.
