Regarding the comments on projects, does the “Bad Word Detector” that stops people from spamming profanity in comments have a comprehensive list of words which are blocked, and if so, where?

Yes, and I assume it is on a server somewhere as a cloud list, controlled by community moderators and other parts of the ST.
