Explore 3.4, Scratch mod

Actually, Explore 3.5 Alpha is coming out in a few minutes! Unfortunately, jueschnei won't be releasing the update to the installed version for a week - but at least the huge update to Explore is here!

So, is it out now? Or next week? I'm really eager to see the release!

The update for Explore itself is coming out literally in a few moments! It would have been right now, but I forgot a period in the code. -_-

Explore 3.4, Scratch mod

Explore 3.5 Alpha has been released! Open Explore, click the File menu, and select “Check for updates”. Let it update, and enjoy Explore 3.5 Alpha!

For those of you who don't have Explore already (very few of you ), the full image will be released on the Explore website soon.

New features in Explore:
28 New blocks
- New collections blocks make working with collections very easy!
- The blocks that can make variables/lists and delete variables/lists are back and fixed.
- Custom dialog blocks - Drag together blocks to make almost any kind of dialog imaginable!

New Features
- There's a new kind of input that stores collections
- Malware protection - There's a tiny chance that some evil person will make a virus with Explore. Now you're protected with a paranoid robot!
- Subcategories - The More category is split into Dialogs, Custom Dialogs, Colors and Plugins. The Data category is split into Variables, Lists and Collections.
- Edit block categories - Click the Edit menu, select Edit block categories. You can hide categories, show them, etc. to save block palette space.
- And more!!

If you use the Windows installed version, compiling projects made with Explore 3.5 Alpha won't work. jueschnei will release the update for the Windows installed version in about a week. But you can still try it out and make projects if you have the installed version!

So, what do you all think? Problems or bugs? Suggestions for the official release?

I love it!, especially because the

hide
blocks are at the top of the looks category!

Oh, the download? Open the version of Explore you have, click the File menu, and select Check for Updates.

Oh - Then just download the Windows version or image-only (the whole page is here). The Windows installed version will provide the easy way to update in a week. (unexpected delays)

(that's the downside of a fast updating system - if you can't update to the version with the updating system, there's no point. -_- At least it exists now)

I updated to 3.4 and there's no Check for Updates in the File menu.

The installed Version doesn't have this option. And you can't Update the installed Version atm.

Yeah, you can still get the non-installed versions here.

Hey, I did that! Thanks for showing me, and it worked!

Oh, and, could I be told what the Malware Protection does?

(I already have a Anti-Virus, but I want extra protection, you know what I mean?)

Hey, you know your signature? (powerpoint56) On your ‘My projects’ part, instead of to your profile, you should link it here, where there's a whole page of them!
