.sb3 files not opening.

Can't open project files in Scratch Desktop from the finder on Mac / Explorer on Windows

if your using a Mac like me using open with will not work you just need to open manually by clicking file then click upload from your computer

most of the time when i “file—>load” a project, nothing happens. anyone else have this issue?

My first try to upload sb3 file has not work… but when i delete the cat sprite and i upload again has worked! :D

I have the same problem:
Doubleclick on the “.sb3”-File should open Scratch3 and load the programm like usual standard.
We will work with more than 100 pupils and this is annoying.
!!Developers please fix!!

It's happening on my computer, too. When I set Scratch Desktop (3.0) as default program for *.sb3 files, when I open it it says:

Scratch Desktop is starting

–

Loading… - Creating Blocks

and then it opens an empty file (Note: File -> Open From Computer does nothing + Scratch Online can't open saved files for some reason)

Specs of my PC:

Intel Core I5 4200u
4GB Ram
Nvidia GeForce 840m
Windows 8.1 Pro x64 TR Build 9600
Adobe Flash Player 12 NPAPI
Java 8 Upd. 74 (32bit)
Java 8 Upd. 251 (64bit)
Mozilla Firefox (my default browser)
All Visual C++ versions (x32, x64)
It`s a ASUS x550LN.
