…especially when Cheats are on. Hmm easiest boss ever…
The Ender Dragon on Creative
I dare you to take out the Ender Dragon in one hit using a Sharpness V Diamond / Netherite Axe (use Sword if you're playing Bedrock / Pocket Edition) and the Strength 255 effect.
/effect @s strength 999 255
…as well as Operator stats.

Easiest Video Game Bosses Ever
The easiest Hollow Knight bosses (spoilers, obviously):
Gruz Mother- The first optional boss. The Husk Guards and Leaping Husks gave me more trouble and they're regular enemies.
Massive Moss Charger- I didn't even know this counted as a boss.
Vengefly King- Outclassed by regular enemies, even when you can first encounter it.
The Collector- I did die to this boss a few times, but he's still really easy to take down. He sends basic enemies after you and then jumps around. Rinse and repeat.
Brooding Mawlek rematch- While it gave me trouble in Forgotten Crossroads, it's a joke in the Colosseum of Fools. It's probably because the Colosseum is a level playing field and I'd gotten a lot stronger since the Crossroads fight.
Oblobble- Another Colosseum fight. They feel like normal enemies, albeit on the more beefy side.
Now, it's time for some controversial picks:
Flukemarm- People think this is hard?
Mantis Lords- Once I learned their patterns, they were a piece of cake.
Hollow Knight- The only boss required to finish the game on this list. Maybe it's because I've fought him so many times, but it felt like he got a lot easier when the opportunity to fight The Radiance opened up.

The easiest one of all of them:
King Slime from Terraria.
You can just climb a rope of 20 blocks and he will not teleport near you, he will just jump at the ground, and you shoot on him, so getting hit during the fight is impossible. (WAIT, FIXED IN 1.4???)

In Kirby Super Star, Bandana Waddle Dee can be defeated by literally swallowing him. Yes, you can defeat him by pressing a button. It's in the Revenge of the King by the way.

Yeah, the sniper from MGS3. I'm not sure if anyone has said this but there's this boss in on of the Metal Gear games in where if you don't play the game for a couple of weeks it dies of old age
(I haven't played any of the Metal Gear games, but this Easter egg is pretty iconic)

Cloud. N Candy from Yoshi's story! I mean you eat him a few times and he's gone. Discuss.
My personal candidate is Air Man from Megaman 2 with only the buster. I don't use the Leaf Sheild because he's so weak to the Buster. All you do is dodge the tornadoes, jump to the other side of the room when Airman does, and then he's LOWER then half health. Just shoot him and he's toast. Really, I can beat airman (anyone get the reference?)
I always take on Air Man first.

Sans may be the easiest Undertale boss statistically, but you literally can't die to Asriel
(Also Photoshop Flowey is surprisingly easy)

Well I can agree with the Photoshop Flowey part. If Toby Fox didn't add the part where human souls heal you, it would be hard as Sans's bossfight. Sans may be the easiest Undertale boss statistically, but you literally can't die to Asriel
(Also Photoshop Flowey is surprisingly easy)
Also, Mettaton NEO.
Actually Mett. NEO has 30000 health, 3 times bigger than Photoshop Flowey's health…
and he also has -40000 defense. Well, perfectly balanced if you ask me.

All bosses in Terranigma excluding Bloody Mary and the second phase of the final boss feel like they end too early.

Waterblight Ganon, Windblight Ganon, Master Kohga, and the hinox from Breath of the Wild. Thunderblight ganon is also easy if you have the rubber armor. Waterblight is easy to dodge and punish, windblight fights you in an area where you can hurt him easily, Master Kohga needs no words on how easy he is, and the hinox can be beaten effortlessly with some arrows and stasis +.
