i would like to make a website with the google website maker that will have fun scratch games on it that i made(its gonna be free because i obviously cant make people pay for scratch games,…. can i) so i have three questions 1. is it ok to put scratch games on a website
2. how do i put scratch games on a web site and 3. is there a better free website making tool that i can put scratch games on (i don't mean putting a link to it but actually having a window with the game on it in the website

The embed code should do it.

Unfortunately Google doesn't let you embed scratch projects in Google sites. I'd recommend trying wix, weebly or squarespace
