What do you mean, I thought the creator can't share it, people can't share it twice, and you have to wait between shares.

For one, I could just spam projects to my followers every two minutes and bombard them with messages. Many people would find this annoying - even now, many people are protesting against studio invites and they start flame wars if they get them. But even if this gets implemented, it would be yet another form of finding projects the people you follow like. There's already the “Projects Loved by Scratchers I'm Following” section on the home page, and also “What's Happening?” which lets you see what the people you follow are up to.

This is also the reason why the Scratch team rejected inviting all your followers to a studio. It could cause a lot of spam notifications and it might also increase lag (not too much, but very little).

Chances are this is also going to get rejected, but I'm not gonna assume that.
