In scratch, I noticed some people has boyfriends and girlfriends. I don't know whether that's allowed! I just want to make sure of the answer, because some people as young as 10 have online bf/gf's.

Not just inappropriate ones — I'd suggest reporting any comments that say things like “This user is my boyfriend.” As correctly stated, Scratch is not a dating website.

This is my forum signature! On a forum post, it is okay for Scratchers to advertise in their forum signature. The signature is the stuff that shows up below the horizontal line on the post. It will show up on every post I make.
