I need help on the Scartch because when I'm trying to find Pen to create rainbow slide thing and it's not showing Pen for me.

I need help on the Scartch because when I'm trying to find Pen to create rainbow slide thing and it's not showing Pen for me.
It's in the extensions now: the big blue button at the bottom left.
