I had something like that, not exactly, but kinda. I had two plots of land. We invited one villager. It was a frog villager. The next day a different frog moved in. The next day the one I invited moved in. It was odd. Idk if it is a glitch or what.

Ooooh. Oh no.
If that happens to you, that’s also a sign of a glitched plot; mainly what would happen, is that the plot would be reserved for a certain villager, but then the name would go blank or change, and then the glitch would happen.
All i gotta say is be careful, as I don’t think the glitch has been patched yet (which is kinda sad cause I wanted to get Barold.)
