Welcome to The Amethyst Shop 2.0, where we will still try to deliver efficiently and quickly! We still offer a variety of services our talented employees can do! Thanks to TIPS for some of the info about points.

Points
Points are earned when you complete an order. If you do something considered unacceptable, a number of points will be removed, depending on the severity. If we remove more than what you used to have, you will have a negative amount of points. If you continue doing unacceptable things, you will be fired on the spot. If you reach -200 points, you will also be fired. Members of the BoD will be asked to become regular members if they reach -100 points. As part of The Amethyst Shop 2.0, we will be displaying your amount of points in the staff list. Whoever has the most points at the end of each month becomes Employee of the Month. Everyone starts with a neutral balance of 0.

Effective immediately, each month will have 1-2 activity checks, with a week to respond. (I got the “week to respond” from The Strawberry Shop)

History

1.0 History
On March 13, 2020, @OurPrincess created The Amethyst Shop with the motto, “Dedicated Workers at your service, doing orders efficiently!” She took some elements from The Emerald and Strawberry Shops. Of course, credit was given. On April 1st, the shop officially became open for ordering. The delay between the thread creation and opening for orders was so that some employees could join beforehand. This proved to be prudent, as the shop didn't have to deal with the issue of customers ordering before the shop was well-equipped. Eventually, the shop grew to 11 employees within a month and had several orders. On April 23rd, 2020, @OurPrincess closed the shop due to needing to limit the amount of shops she was managing. When the shop closed, there was a total of 174 posts, including the notice that the shop had closed. The thread had 9 pages, and had lasted a total of 1 month and 10 days. The Amethyst Shop seemed like it was over.

2.0 History
Employee @LydzWinry (AKA me, the current author of the history!) still wanted the shop to exist. So she asked @OurPrincess for permission to recreate the Amethyst Shop with her as the president. She reached out to some of the employees to see if they still wanted to work there. Some replied yes, others said no. The Amethyst Shop 2.0 has had some changes, including things like the addition of the history, and we have had a bit of a rocky transition due to being an unplanned reboot, but we are going strong!

My only concern is that the first two posts in your thread say different starting amounts. One says 10 and the other says 15. I assume that it is 15 because the post that says 15 was created by you, the founder, while the one that says 10 was created by @WarriorsRoleplayer. Once this confusion has been cleared up, I will be more than happy to join.

Okay, we need an activity check. I should've done this a while ago. Guess I'm learning! You have until June 12th to respond. The penalty for not responding is a strike. Strikes are mostly independent of the point system. However, recieving a strike removes 50 points. The tally is as follows:
