I'm a bit confused about this “advisors” stuff. What do advisors do, and why do we have rotations? I'd like some things to be cleared up for me, please. Thank you so much!Advisors-snip-
Any shop that joins after this rota is effective, will be added after the last rotation. As we are a growing federation, this will happen. After thae last rotation has been done, we will go back to rotation 1. This has been done in alphabetical order, if you join after this is effective, then we will add you at the end.

Any shop that joins after this rota is effective, will be added after the last rotation. As we are a growing federation, this will happen. Okay! Advisors can recommend things for the shop, and we have 3 advisors. Every shop sends one, and we have rotations so every shop gets a say in things.
