Hi, I have a suggestion.
Since I left the shop several months ago, I heard that the “departments” were removed. Now, I do think that this is useful when it comes to getting orders done. You don't have to be in the department to get an order done, which is great.

However, there is a problem. You can't ask anyone in particular to do a certain order that no one has taken.
For example, let's say there is no one in the shop that can do music. A user asks for some music, but no one takes it. No one can blame the Music department, because there is no Music department. It just sits there, and no one does anything about it.

So my suggestion is that users say, when applying, what kinds of things they can do. Then, in the “Staff” section next to their username, it says what kinds of things they are willing to do. It won't be departments, but it will be useful at a glance to see if anyone is actually willing to take a certain type of order.

If this were implemented, some things will need to happen:
-Application forum edit to ask what the user is willing to do.
-Current staff must list what kinds of things they are willing to do.
-If there is a certain type of order that no one is willing to do, we should inform customers of this.

If you have suggestions on how to improve this, let me know! I want this to help benefit the shop and it's customers, and implementing this will really help.
