I was wondering...
use GIMP (free 
) and draw your first frame, then click layers, duplicate layer (if it doesn't allow it, your selecting something) and edit that, repeat until your done with your animated gif file

Never mind.
You can still do it! Try gifninja. It's free and decently fast. Just upload what you want for frames.

I uploaded a .gif! It wont work!No gifs work for some reason.

I uploaded a .gif! It wont work!it works on the forums, is that bug that changed the profile pics, transparency is a whole new color, and not animated
as you see, my forum post shows my normal one, but if you go to my profile, it's completely yellow with ‘SFollis’ black without color in it- jewellery
