Your shop layout overall is great! For the BoD, I would recommend a Public Relations officer, and maybe make a partnerships/federations form. For the portfolio, for now, maybe include some sample work? And maybe include some color to the forms, and make it pop a little. Overall though, great shop! Here's a small TIP for you: Keep track of when employees join, so you know how experianced they are when promoting BoD.

Activity checks
Every so often the manager or president(or vice president in presidents absence) will hold an activity check. Everyone working at the shop must respond within 7 days or they will receive 1 activity strike. If a member of the BoD gets 3 activity strikes they will get demoted/ removed from the BoD. If a normal member gets 3 they will have to reapply for the shop. If a member replies to 3 activity checks in a row they will get 1 strike removed. The BoD can also vote to have someones strike removed

~Include the words “Rainbow Pineapple” in your application
~Be polite and kind
~When you have claimed an order make sure to comment taken on the forum (so orders dont get claimed nore than once) and also comment on their profile with something like this " Hi its name, from the Colour Shop. I have claimed your order and it will be completed by time. Thanks for ordering at the colour shop!“ and when it is complete quote their order again and say completed and attach a link to the product and then post on their profile (replying to original comment) ”Hello, your order at The Colour Shop has been completed find the finished product here: (link to product). If you need any changes made just ask. Thanks for shopping at The Colour Shop and please fill out the review form if you have the time. Thanks!"
