I really want to know, if there is a Scratch game, that is high quality and is very similar to Call Of Duty.

why not just play call of duty

Of course there isn't - COD is a violent game, and such games aren't allowed on Scratch.
Plus, the maximum size for an online Scratch project is 10 MB per asset (costume or sound) and 5 MB JSON file, so I doubt that games with the quality and complexity of COD will ever be shared on Scratch.

I agree, playing a COD emulation on Scratch should be like hacking a free movie. The difference is COD gets paid.
