  I like the banner; it is very professional.
  The Scratchblocks are very colorful and big; this makes them the first thing you see, not the banner. It makes it distracting; and although I think it is quite creative, you always want your customers to see the banner first.
  The links below the banner are dwarfed by the banner; I would recommend making them big and colorful to make them visible.

  Good call to add the “RETURN HOME” link. Again, make sure those links have special visibility.
  The “Staff” page is thorough, but I find it a bit strange to have the trainees above the rest of the staff.
  I like how you listed each of the staff's nicknames; it makes it feel more personable.
  
  I stumbled onto the terms of use handbook. That is a lot of links; it's very chaotic. It would look a lot more clean if you turned each of the names of what the terms applied to into the links. The terms, though, seem thorough and well-done.
