Why Us?

Getting the right shop is an important decision. Here at The lil' Ghostie Shop we prioritise every order and complete it with the best quality we can offer, in a timescale that can suit both the customer and employee. Our service is friendly, professional and we always deliver.

Board of Directors:

President: vrie. In total control of the shop
1st Vice President: cubbywindowsdpc. Almost total control, cannot shut down the shop
2nd Vice President: open. Almost total control, assistant of 1st vice president
Chairman: Orchestreet. Can call activity checks, polls, discussions and BoD meetings
Deputy: open. Assistant of chairman, issues shop activity reports
Manager: open. Replies to people's queries and posts, and makes sure people are abiding by the Community Guidelines, occasionally notifies employees if there is an order in their division.
Assistant Manager: open. Assistant of manager
Public Relations Officer: open. Oversees partnered shops, federations and global UOCs, advertises the shop, issues partner activity checks
Secretary: open. Keeps track of unclaimed and claimed-but-unfinished orders, bumps topic
Assistant Secretary: open. Assistant of secretary, notifies customers

Heads:

Head of coding: open. Can allocate orders for coding to workers in the coding division.
Head of art: M00N_Bubble. Can allocate orders for art to workers in the art division.
Head of music: Flawpaw. Can allocate orders for music to workers in the music division.

Guards:

Spam guard: Sorry, this position was stolen by the digested signatures.
Evil kumquat guard: And they took this one too, just for good measure.

Divisions:
note: you can work in more than one division.

Art division:

All art types: Orchestreet, blu3coder, open. Workers that specialise in art who complete art orders.
Profile picture types: roxykaka, open. Workers that specialise in pfps who complete pfp orders.
Banner types: vrie, open. Workers that specialise in banners who complete banner orders.

Music division:

All music types: open. Workers that specialise in music who complete music orders.

Coding division:

All coding types: cubbywindowsdpc, open. Workers that specialise in coding who complete coding orders.

Trainees:
note: the trainees program starts after we get 10 members.

All trainees: always open. New workers are trainees (they graduate to work in the divisions when they complete an order that gets positive feedback).

SERVICES

We provide coding, art, banners, shop reviews and pfp design as of now, though we are currently hiring!
We will provide gifs in the future - as soon as I figure out screen recording!
Need voice actors? Sorry, unfortunately that's not one of our services. But The Spotlight Shop does voice acting!

TERMS OF SERVICE

For employees:

- You must claim orders whenever when you have the time and abilities to do so.
- You must be kind and polite to customers and fellow employees.
- You must do your best to use correct grammar, spelling and punctuation at all times.
- You must check if an order has been claimed yet before you claim said order.
- You must include the statement ‘ghosts are pretty nice’ in your application.
- You mustn't accept an order if they haven't included the needed code words.

For customers

- You must respect and be polite to the workers.
- You must give credit to the shop and worker when using your order.
- You must include the statement ‘clouds look fluffy’ in your order form.

STRIKES, EXCUSES AND BANNING

Information

Periodical activity checks are required to be responded to - If a worker does not respond, they get one strike, and if a worker gets four strikes, they will have to be fired.
If you will be away for a period of time (for example, on holiday) Then please post why and how long you will be away; you can be excused for up to two months without getting a strike.
If a user is banned it means we will not take orders from them or hire them.
If you read to the bottom, include ‘storms are for ghosts’ in your form.

A worker can take an order outside of their division if they would like, but they are in no way forced to and they should not be reported for not taking an order outside their division.
