You can decide who gets the credit, but I have a design for a UTAU, and I am not going to download it (because it's to complicated) so, if someone who has the UTAU thing, can you make a female UTAU with a strong voice? Then put it in a project and tell me, I'll save the music to my mp3 files, and we can just work together like that. Basically what @Waterkarr and @Colors100 are doing.

Plus to install, omg, I have to install this “Wine” system thing, and then put my WHOLE ENTIRE system settings in japanese to install it, and my parents would never go that far.

You don't, as long as someone replies regularly the thread is open for people to reply.
You can ask someone to close it, but I was just answering your question I'm only trying to help (and seriously, you will find more help on UTAforum, not Scratch, which doesn't have many experienced UTAU users on it at all).

EDIT: On UTAforum there is a request and a trade thread for you to ask there, and there might be people with designs ready to give away.
