Re-add "Echo" Sound Effect

How do you have an echo of 1 vs an echo of 200? Or an echo of -100?

Maybe these numbers would tell how loud the echoes are?

If you really want the Echo effect that badly, you can download Audacity, a free sound editor. One of the effects you can put on sounds in Audacity is Echo.

I haven't tested the Echo effect in it to see how it works, but I know for a fact that that effect exists in it.

The echo effect could be very useful for animations, and it would not ‘overwhelm the New Scratcher’.

I have only actually used it (I've like tested it a few times) once, and that was just me messing with a song until it accidentally sounded really cool. But yeah, the echo effect would be really cool, and the robot effect seems fairly useless. I also support for adding some more effects under a dropdown.

Wow, i didn't know that it used to exist but now it's removed. Anyways, I support (i made a duplicate) because it could be very useful in animations. I'm making an animation series with a character that's supposed to talk with an echo, so Support!

Not really. We have speed mixed with pitch, so we can't make it higher or lower without making it faster and slower (respectively).

An idea I have: make the special effects into one dropdown, kind of like what ST did with the Text tool in the SVE.
