In TIPS, Cong would select 3 candidates for a vote-based election whenever a BoD spot goes vacant, and he will pick the most promising ones. I suggest you keep working hard in this shop, and you could end up in one of the votes as a candidate.

There's been a lot of votes lately and now it's time to vote for the Assistant Secretary spot. Rules are as before. You cannot vote for yourself, I only vote in case of a tie. Each person may only vote ONCE and can choose to not vote anybody (but you still need to say ‘I vote for nobody’ or something since this is kinda like an activity check).

Also, if you are a candidate, you MUST vote for somebody, to make it fair. If you don't vote, you will be disqualified and given a strike even if you are the one with the highest votes. This is to ensure the fairness of the vote and the activeness of the candidates.

Chairman can vote normally and can vote the second time if there is a tie. Also, the time for this vote has been shortened since usually nobody votes after 1 week and some more. (In other words, everybody active voted)
