Hi everyone! This is @Edgy_Punk here! I saw @EightTV do this because of his new series, and I thought, “Hey you know what? That's a pretty cool idea!” so I made my own discussion forum! Anyway… Welcome to the Official Scratch's Struggles Discussion forum! So, this will be a place where members of the cast can discuss about the series, type down ideas, and just communicate with each other in general! This will also be where you can find the scripts for the movie, so you can record lines, and prepare! But if you aren't a cast member, please don't scroll down to the scripts bc ya know… Spoilers n stuff. Okay bye!

SCENE #2 SCRIPT
(since I made scene one only with one other scratcher)

We see our main hero Edgy (Edgy_Punk) in a dorm room, in the Scratch 3.0 HQ, on his computer, working on a project.

Edgy stretches out his arms

Edgy:
Ahh. Another Day. Well, time to share this new style project.

Edgy lights up and morphs into a new style.

Edgy:
Hey Six! Eight! I'm going to the Café for some breakfast!

We see Edgy's roommates, Eight (sixplustwo/EightTV) and Six (EightMinusTwo) still snoring in their bunk beds.

Edgy laughs softly

Edgy:
(sarcastically)
Pfft! Roommates!

Edgy grabs a copy of his favorite book and turns to his pet/BFF Umthunzi, a cute ‘lil Ithunzi critter.

Edgy:
C’mon ‘Thunzi!

(Umthunzi squeaks cutely and follows Edgy to a café in the headquarters called “Code Java” with a little slogan saying “Making your coffee since 2007”)

Edgy and Umthunzi go to a cashier.

Employee:
So what can I get for you two?

Edgy:
Yeah um… I think I’ll take a coffee with sugar and milk, and a milkshake for the little guy.

(Umthunzi nods head enthuziastically)

Employee:
Okay, that'll be $4.25.

Edgy hands over money.

Employee:
Alright, we'll have that right out.

Edgy:
Thank you.

(Edgy and Umthunzi sit down at a table)

Edgy:
Nice service here, huh?

(Umthunzi squeaks)

(Edgy chuckles softly)

Suddenly, Eight and Six come walking in the café.

Eight:
Oh! There you are Edgy! We thought you went missing!

Six:
More like, YOU thought he was missing. Not me.

Eight:
We had to print fifteen “missing scratcher” posters!

Six:
Again, you… Not me.

(Edgy laughs)

Six and Eight sit down with Edgy and Umthunzi.

Edgy opens up his book and starts to read.

Eight:
Do you have to bring that book everywhere?

Edgy:
What? It's a good book! And why have you been kinda cross with me these past few days? Plus, I need time with my thoughts!

Six:
Well, it's just, nowadays you're deep in your thoughts so much, we barely get to talk to you anymore.

Eight:
And last night we went to Owl's place for a get together but you never showed…

Edgy puts down his book

Edgy:
Look I'm sorry guys, I'm just… Uh… Really busy. Yeah… Just busy.

Six:
(sarcastically)
Busy daydreaming?

Edgy:
I said I was sorry guys I'm just… Not feeling myself lately.

Silence, then a loud crash.

SCENE #3 SCRIPT

Eight:
Hey, what was that sound?

Edgy continues reading without a care in the world.

Six:
Edgy!!

Edgy:
Wha-?! W-What?

Eight:
There was a noise earlier!

Six:
It sounded like someone was in trouble or something! C'mon!

Edgy sighs and follows.

Edgy:
C'mon Umthunzi.

(Umthunzi coos and follows)

As soon as Edgy and Six and Eight rush out of the café, the Employee shows up with the coffee and milkshake.

Employee:
Alright, here you… *sigh* Another runaway customer. Well at least they paid.

Edgy and friends rush to the source of the noise. The sound came from the grand lobby, tables and chairs overturned, and on top of it all… Someone is being cornered by a shady and mysterious figure.

Scratcher:
H-hey! Stop it! I'll report you!

Figure remains silent but still menacing.

Scratcher:
I-I'm warning you! I will!

Figure throws scratcher across room.

Edgy:
(shocked)
Wh-Wha?!

Eight:
We have to do something!

Six:
ARE YOU CRAZY?! Who knows what'll happen if we go sticking our noses in other peoples business!

Eight:
Six, someone is basically being attacked!

Six:
Oh, alright.

Eight:
But you go first Edgy!

Six:
Uh… Yeah!!

(Six and Eight shove Edgy forward)

Edgy:
Uhh.. You sure guys?

Six and Eight:
(together)
YES!

Edgy:
(hesitantly)
Uh… Okaayy… H-HEY!

(Figure turns around)

Edgy squeals weakly

Edgy:
GO PICK ON SOMEONE YOUR OWN SI–

Edgy gets thrown across room.

Eight:
Aah! What the–?!

Edgy:
F-fine! If that's how you wanna play… Then come get some!!

Figure leaps toward Edgy. Then suddenly, Umthunzi jumps in front of Edgy and attacks figure.

Figure runs.

Six:
Edgy are you alright???

Edgy:
(panting)
Yeah, I'm… I'm okay.

Eight:
Thank goodness you weren't killed when that guy threw you! Who was he anyway?

Edgy:
I dunno… But he kinda looked like… Uh…

Six:
Who?

Edgy:
Like me…

(Six and Eight are speechless)

Edgy:
I-I need some time to myself.

Hi guys.

YOU GO FIRST EDGY!!!!!!!!!!

SCENE #4
At night, we see Edgy alone in his dorm room silently crying.
(door rattles)

Eight:
Hey Edgy, why did you lock the door?

Edgy wipes up tears.

Edgy:
(tearfully)
Just leave me alone, I don't wanna socialize right now.

(door unlocks)

Six:
Hi. Wait… Why are you crying?

Edgy:
(tries to hide tears)
C-crying? Who's crying?

Eight:
Edgy what's wrong?

Edgy:
So… You know… Earlier today, when that guy attacked that scratcher?

Six:
Yeah, you already told us, he looked like you.

Edgy:
B-but… What if… He… I don't know how, but what if he… Is… Apart of me?

Eight:
What?

Edgy:
What if he's like some sort of alter-ego what if I'm becoming evil?

Six:
But you're not!

Edgy:
How do you guys know?

Eight:
Well… You're a very nice person. You're smart, you're brave you–

Edgy:
That doesn't tell me anything!

Six:
Then what will?

Edgy:
I- I don't know guys, sorry. And why are you here anyways? Don't you have somewhere to be?

Six:
No. We just just wanted to check on you…

Eight:
And, we have something to show you!

Edgy:
What?

Eight:
Well, after you stood up to that total jerk today, the word has been spreading all over. And also there has been several outbreaks including people like hackers and all.

Edgy:
The point?

Eight:
The point is, after all of these attacks, people have been looking for a leader to stop these people! And, this leader they're looking for? That's where you come in. They want you to be their leader.

Six:
I think an introduction is in order!

Six opens door to reveal scratchers at the door such as @giantsloth @-Modern–Sonic @m1-_ @Owl13D and @hayhayHD123.

Edgy has a clear expression of suprise.

Episode ends.

EPISODE #2: THE CODE DEFENDERS
SCENE #1

We see Edgy's dorm room with other scratchers in the doorway.

Edgy:
Wait… What?

A scratcher named @Giantsloth speaks

Giantsloth:
Hi! How are you?

Edgy:
(clearly confused)
Uhh… I've been better. And who ARE you?

Giantsloth:
(mildly laughing)
Just call me Giantsloth. Seeing as that's my username.

Edgy:
Oh, okay. And I already know Owl and H.

Owl:
Yup!

H:
Hi!

-Modern–Sonic (aka Cool Sonic) speaks.

Cool Sonic:
Hi! I'm Cool Sonic! But you can call me what you want.

Edgy:
Uh… Okay… Cool Sonic.

m1-_:
I'm m1-_. I'mma hacker.

(Eight screams)

Eight:
(high voice)
Aah! A hacker!

Edgy:
Calm down Eight, it's not like that! Sooo… Why do you want me as a leader anyway?

Six:
Cuz you stood up to that big jerk.

Edgy:
Okay… Make yourselves at home.

Scratchers walk in.

Eight:
Huh, you're a leader now.

Edgy:
Ohh, brother.

SCENE #2
Scratchers are sitting down on comfy couches and chairs while Edgy talks to them standing up.

Edgy:
Alright guys, so does anyone know anything about the situation we're in?

(Six raises hand)

Edgy:
Yes, Six.

Six:
Well mostly whenever something happens like this, scratchers gather teams of people to stop these certain people or things.

Edgy:
Alright, well we already have enough people for our little team so–

Eight:
But we'll need more people.

(Edgy sighs)

Edgy:
Oh alright. I'll see if Shady, Jane, or Hungry wanna help.

Edgy sets up a facetime thing on his computer with Shady, Jane and Hungry.

Owl:
Who ARE Shady, Jane, and Hungry anyway?

Edgy:
Shady is my older brother, he's a total pessimist, Jane is my sister, a little annoying. And Hungry… He's a friend… His original name is Harry.

Eight:
Oh! Like Harry Potter?

*silence*

Edgy:
No… Here they are.

Screen pops up with Shady, Jane and Hungry.

Shady:
What do you want Edgy?

Hungry:
Are you getting fast food for us?

Jane:
(annoyed)
Shut up Hungry.

Hungry:
Hey!

Edgy:
(pessimistically)
I knew this wasn't a good idea.

Shady:
Well, I might as well get this over with, so I can get back to the pile of garbage that is my life.

(arguing breaks out between Shady, Jane, and Hungry)

Edgy:
(angrily)
EVERYONE PLEASE SHUT UP! A HACKER TRIED TO ATTACK AN INNOCENT SCRATCHER, AND I STOOD UP TO HIM, AND FOR SOME REASON, PEOPLE ARE IDOLIZING ME AND THINKING I SHOULD HELP THEM GET RID OF THIS HACKER, AND HE LOOKS LIKE ME EXCEPT HE'S LIKE GRAY AND STUFF AND WE NEED MORE PEOPLE FOR OUR TEAM SO PLEASE JUST HEEEEELLLLP!

*silence*

Shady:
Well that's stupid, why the heck do you want us to help?

Edgy:
Because you're family for crying out loud!

Jane:
So what do you want us to do?

Edgy is in deep thought.

Echoing voice #1:
Welcome to Kwalasha, you're final destination.

Echoing voice #2:
Well, we're not gonna take it!

Echoing voice #1:
Ukufa!

Echoing voice #2:
Vikela!

Edgy:
(confidently)
We're going to break into the scratch archives.

AWESOME SO FAR!!

I read the scripts and I like them so much

SCENE #3
The Scratchers have terrified looks on their face, as if they had just seen a horror film.

Eight:
(horrified)
Th-the Scratch Archives?

Edgy:
Yes.

Shady:
(sarcastically)
Well, this is great, you're all probably gonna get banned!

Jane:
Shut up, it's the right thing to do.

Shady:
How do YOU know?

*silence*

Edgy:
All I know is that scratch will probably be in a whole lot of trouble if we don't do something!

Shady:
Then how will breaking into the Archives help?!

A smile spreads on Edgy's face.

Edgy:
You'll see…

Shady:
Well no one will wanna help us because it sounds INSANE!

Edgy:
We don't need to worry about who will or won't help us, it's about stopping cruelty and injustice. And think, if a hacker is running willy nilly on the site that we cherish, are we just going to let them do whatever horrible things they're gonna do? And think of what will happen if we let them, scratch will most likely be gone. And means it's the end of the sever, it'll be the end of you, the end of me, and everything we have! So stand up and join me! For the future of Scratch!

(scratchers are silent)

Eight:
I'm in.

Six:
(bravely)
So am I!

Giantsloth:
So am I!

Scratchers:
(In unison)
We're all in!

Jane:
I'm in too!

Hungry:
For the future of fast food!

Shady:
(sighs)
I guess I'm in too…

(scratchers wildly cheer)

Edgy:
Alright! I hereby declare our organization of scratchers and OCs, the Code Defenders, to protect all of scratch!! And it's trademarked, don't forget it.

Edgy turns on boombox, “The World Will Know” from Newsies plays.

Jack Kelly:
Pulitzer and Hearst think we're nothin'! ARE WE NOTHIN'?!

(boombox turns off)

Eight:
Wait, wait, why did you do that?

Edgy:
Well we need a theme, and I was thinking of a Newsies song and was like “That would make a good theme.”

Six:
Well, we're not gonna have a theme so…

Edgy:
Fine. Let's go.

They walk out door.

Scratchers charge and shout.

Edgy:
WAIT! We need to be quiet!

Scratchers:
(whispering)
Okay.

Edgy:
Now we just need to wait until Shady, Jane, and Hungry get here.

Shady, Jane and Hungry show up.

Scratchers huddle up.

Edgy:
Okay guys, we ready to do this?

Cool Sonic:
Oh, heck yes!

Eight:
We're all ready.

Edgy:
Okay, so… Go team I guess.

Scratchers run to the archives.

Edgy is unaware of a shadow in front of him, he bumps into it.

Apparently the shadow is the scratcher @bibleboy789

Drake (Bibleboy789):
Hey! Watch it!

Edgy:
Oh, man! I am so sorry!

Drake:
It's alright.

Eight:
Who are you?

Drake:
I'm Drake. Another scratcher. I belong to the account bibleboy789.

Edgy:
Haha, the more trouble I get into, the more scratchers I run into!

Drake:
I like it.

Edgy:
Me too.

Drake:
So what's your name?

Edgy:
Oh! Right, sorry, I'm Edgy.

Drake:
Huh, why is you're name Edgy?

Edgy:
I have no clue I just changed my name to Edgy as soon as I moved into scratch.

Cool Sonic:
Are we gonna go or what?

Edgy:
RIGHT! Sorry.

They continue running.

Drake:
So, where are we going?

Edgy:
No time to explain. We're going to the scratch archives.

Drake:
What?! Only members of the scratch team are allowed in there!

Edgy:
I know but we have to!

Drake:
You're breaking the community guidelines!

Edgy:
Listen, we're doing this for scratch's own good. So c'mon.

Drake:
No way! I'm just gonna–

Eight grabs Drake.

Drake:
WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!

Eight:
Sorry, but you're coming with us!

Edgy:
Here we are. The scratch archives.

Drake:
How will we get in?

Edgy:
We're busting the door open. Can anyone rig some explosives to the door.

Drake:
Wait WHAT?! ARE YOU GUYS SOME SORT OF CRIMINALS?!

Edgy:
No.

Drake:
Then what are you?

Edgy:
We're defenders. CODE defenders.
