What would I have to do as advancement manager?

You would do harder scripts such as making an NPC play a whole game, or make it so you can play Clue with other players, etc. I really need those because they're hard to do with just yourself.

I can attempt to do some of those. I have a little experience with cloud variables in scratch and a wrote a server in c#.

I guess you can, just coder is for less harder scripts.

Multiplayer:
I might make the multiplayer, but I have some questions:
Do you need to see the usernames of the other players in the game?
What happens when a player leaves the game?
Can multiple games happen at once?
Can users join in the middle of games (not sure how that would work)?
When does a game start (e.g. when 1 or more players clicks start or 2 minutes after there are 3 players or something)?

1. I would say so.
2. Then they automatically lose, that would be hard too.
3. Yes. I'd say we do the “room” type where it goes up to 7 players.
