This could be nice for people who were crazy about the echo effect (I never used it in 2.0) but I am overwhelmed enough of these sound effects.

I honestly don't care as long as they bring back starting at different parts of the track from 2.0.

There are several reasons I also want the button back:

1. Some of the looping music like “Dubstep” Is reaaally epic with the echo effect. See the reference project to see what I mean.

2. The cheers could be much better with the echo effect. See the reference project 2 to see what I mean

Yeah, the echo effect kinda ruins everything in scratch 3.0, when it used to have it earlier. It was supposed to be an update, to fix stuff. not to remove the best stuff, like to edit block colors, and to get rid of block help.
