[Website] Can't confirm email
Hello,
I made a new account to use at my job at a technology education studio, but myself and my coworker can't confirm the email address. We got the email, which sends us to a page where we click confirm, but the confirm button doesn't seem to do anything. This is a problem because we need to publicly share projects for our curriculum and can't do that without confirming the email.
I deleted the default info text from this post because this is not the computer we tried to confirm the email on. I'll update when I get more info about the browser being used.

Sorry for the double post here, but the edit button seems to have disappeared.
More information: We tried clicking confirm on Chrome, IE, and Firefox, but none of them worked. I'm wondering if it's a server issue.

weird, have you tried resending the email so you get a different link?

First, have you reloaded the page to make sure? (You likely have). If not:
Go to settings, and confirm that the email there is correct.
Check your email spam folder, sometimes it gets out there.
Resend email confirmation (mentioned above).

Typically when you receive an email, you get the button, and an odd link below it (in example just simply https://scratch.mit.edu/ ). Have you tried clicking on that link?

Hi! You may not have noticed, but this thread is pretty old - almost 3 years now. This thread is already resolved, and the people you're watching have already moved on. Most people who respond aren't going to see your post down here, and if they do they're just going to chastise you for “necroposting.”Can you give me more info?
