I said some stuff on my old account, and I am here to apologize to @MClovers.
I am an advance graphics designer, and I would like to join because it seems like a great project.
I believe that it should be called SCC, because it defines who and what this group does.
We are a bunch of users who are collaborating in the SFs to make scratch a better community for all.
I hope you can forgive me @MClovers.

Also, you're not precise:

In my capacity as the person who's been doing the design work so far, I strongly advise not accepting this application, design wise. Also, the example promo shows a clear lack of understanding of what we're doing. Our mission isn't to make the world a better place starting with Scratch. We have all seen the harm that can come from taking things into the real world. The become bureaucratic messes quickly, and get nowhere.
