Our 3 Rule Promise!
Rule I. We promise not to spam, disrupt, or go off-topic in the shop.
Rule II. We promise to be respectful to everyone no matter where their background is from.
Rule III. We promise to give you the best service and speed in our orders!

These rules help keep our shop constructed. We don't want to a strict shop, we want to be a relaxing flexible shop. If you think we should add/change/remove a rule, please talk to either the Founder or President.

Terms

Fines

At Talk and Text we do not tolerate anything that breaks the 3-Rule Promise. So, any customers who break it will either receive a warning or ban. If you are getting banned, you can pay a fine to receive a warning instead of a ban. But, you must use texts. Fines are also enforced to a Staff Member when they have three strikes. Fines range. Our Fines Table is below:

Customer Ban: 100 Texts
Regular Employment Termination: 300 Texts
BoD Employment Termination: 500 Texts
Election Employment Termination: 700 Texts

Staff Activity Checks and Strikes

To become an employee, you MUST be active. Active is considered 5 claimed orders a week, Neutral is considered 3 claimed orders a week, Inactive is considered less than 3 claimed orders. Inactive will give you a strike and Neutral gives a strike if you're neutral more than 2 weeks. An Activity Check takes place every week Friday at 4:00pm and ends Saturday at 3:00pm. Not responding to an activity check gives you a strike. If you respond and lack claimed orders we may give you a warning or strike.

Unclaimed Orders Center and Advertising

The Secretary manages the Unclaimed Orders Center. If you finish an order, you'll report it to the Secretary. If Secretary is excused or Vacant report it to President or Founder. It is then YOUR job to inform the user it is ready. The Representative manages Advertising and Partners. You must talk to the Representative before partnering. If you'd like to advertise, please ask for the Representative's Advertising Terms. You can ask the Founder or President too.

President - open (Runs shop partially (fully when Founder Inactive), cannot close the shop)

Programs At Talk And Text
We offer 2 different programs, Rewards and Talk and Text Premium. The Rewards Program or Royalty Program is a system where every order you get a “text” Texts can be used to unlock rewards and be invited to special events. Texts also help pay fines, which help you stay off the BAN LIST. Talk and Text Premium is a program where you can quality products using currencies from other shops. Most likely ScratchBux will be able to use here as long as we get in an agreement. Currencies can get you stuff like ExPress Passes, Customary Orders, and more! More information about these two are below

Rewards/Royalty Program
The Rewards/Royalty program allows you to not be banned (unless given a warning/fine already), get special rewards, and allows you to go to special events! Texts can also be used at other shops.

I got a suggestion for you. Almost all people in this shop will be inactive, since shops just don't receive that much orders in a week. Average I'd say 3 a week, and if there were at least 2 workers, at least one of them would be inactive. My suggestion is that the worker at least take 1 order in 2 weeks OR you use the method of activity checks to check if the worker is active or not.
