Personally, I don't agree with all the different ranks, I think we should just be a collaboration you know doing different projects. Inspiring other people and making cool stuff.

I think we could just do some simple roles,

We could have a system for people to show off their upcoming projects and gain momentum before releasing the project. Having been part of the Scratch community for about a year, I know from experience how hard it is to gain social momentum in the beginning, no matter the quality of your projects.

Yeah, an OS is a very popular project. Not very original, but it's a good start.

If you look in my siggy I've been working on an OS too. (Peach Book OS)
