Yeah - it's one of the rules on the Community Guidelines not to share personal information and the X system (commonly known as the phone number filter) works along with it.

i meant filternot is not saying that

it also prevents users from giving away things like social security numbers, credit card numbers, or lat-lon coordinates. those are longer than phone numbers.
