Well, the assistant usually has more work to do if there's a lot of orders, then you have to do the order checker-upper thingy. You only need to make a backup UOC if the Secretary is or is going to be inacive.

Also, kevery1 left a comment on my profile and said that he'd take my order, so that can be added to the claimed orders on the UOC.
