Materials for Coding for Kids 1 & 2 books (Sterling Publishing)

Hi,

I've just bought two “Coding for Kids” books for my son:

http://coding.whitestar.it/en/books/coding-for-kids-1
http://coding.whitestar.it/en/books/coding-for-kids-2

The books are accompanied with materials which are supposed to be downloadable from books website.
Unfortunately, the account creation does not work and I'm presented with blank page (regardless of Web browser, AdBlock, etc.).

I've tried to contact the publisher (Sterling Publishing) customer services via e-mail, Twitter and Facebook, but without any luck.

If anyone has any of those materials and is willing to share, I'd be extremely thankful.

My six years old son has got very excited seeing the projects described in the books, but it's been disappointing we don't have access to the materials.
I'm trying my best to work out replacements, but some are not trivial at all - I'm sure we all understand how important for kids is the visual aspect
