Running projects inside projects?

Hello, would it be a good idea if you could add Projects in projects?
It would be useful for Operating System projects. So my suggestion is:
Can we have the ability to put your projects into your projects?
Thank you!

Well, it may not always work and the code is bound to overlap itself no matter which you put it in. It could lag also. A lot. You can always put things in your backpack to bring it to another project though.

Just take a video of it with a screen camera, and then import it into the project.

Fun fact: you can't do that.

And adding projects to projects could lead to something bad.
Say, what if the project I'm adding has a project already added? (project in a project in a project)
But we could go bigger!
What if I add a project to the project, then edit the project that was added to add the project that this one was added to? (an infinite loop)

It would most likely crash Scratch which is against the Guidelines.

If you converted the video into a gif or a sequence of PNGs, you could probably do it.

But it won't be interactive, which is the whole point of this suggestion.

What if the project in a project ran at 30 FPS instead? Would it work?

It could still intensely lag the original project.

What about 20 FPS?

If you are referring to GIFs with this, Of course these could probably run at that.

This appears to be a very small niche (OS projects) that would benefit from this, and it acts as an easy way out of building a more true application system (OS projects aren't OSes nor are they even runtimes or Virtual Machines)

It may be a better idea to build a script interpreter that you could build the software within your OS project atop, rather than resorting to Scratch projects embeded within Scratch projects.

Would the second project run inside a window in the first project?

why not make it so that the project that runs the project makes the runned project comply projects to JavaScript to make them run really fast.like with turbowarp?
