About My Forceably Removed Project.

My project here https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/106696135/ has been un-shared and i would like a real reason. Many people do the same thing and people have remixed my project and done the same thing and they haven't been removed either. Therefore i have re-added my project to the site.

Thanks for your time.

Did you write what you changed in your remix? That's recommended.

What was the project about, and what was the reason the scratch team gave you for removing it in the alert? We might need some more details in order to help you.

For project Undertale Soundtrack:

The Scratch Team has removed this project. Sharing music created by someone else without making substantial changes is not fair to the original creators. You can incorporate music into your projects, but be sure to use the music to support your own creativity, not as the main focus of the project.

From the alert you put, it looks like your project might've been only someone else's music, which is not allowed on Scratch. Your project can't have the music as the project's main/only focus; rather, like the alert says, the music should be used to support your own creativity instead, like as background music playing during a game or an animation.

If you think other projects are breaking the scratch rules you should report them to the scratch team. The policy on copyrighted music is quite clear - the music is not permitted to be the main purpose of the project.

The problem is, it's not a widely-known problem, so users may make/see projects with just music and not know they are allowed. If you see projects that only have music and nothing else, report them to the Scratch Team to take care of.

Also in the future, it's best to Contact the ST if you have a question about an alert or specific rules. They'll be able to give the most accurate answer possible.
(No, i'm not saying people in the forums are not accurate, just the the ST may have a different view.)
