what happens if you draft something???

what happens if you draft something???Besides that, when you post a project that is not a draft, there are 3 boxes, one for the Instructions, the other for Notes and Credits, and one for tags. When you post a project that has been drafted, there are 2 boxes, one for Notes and Credits and one for tags.
