Hey, this is animalfairy06. I decided to make a tutorial about this because most other tutorials are about just advertising, or advertising a project. This is about getting more people to join your studios (such as roleplay studios)!

Step 1- Right Advertisment
First of all, never comment on a users profile or a studio and tell them to look at you or your studio if they say not to. That will just make people angry and never want to join it. A better way to do it is to create a thread in the Show and Tell forum. (If you don't know how to do that, just go to the forum section that says Show and Tell and click on that. Then you'll find a new topic button and click that to begin) If you create a thread, you can advertise it there! Be fun when advertising. Use kind words, add pictures, and add a nice description for your studio. Then people may get interested and want to join!

Step 2- Gathering Support
Perhaps it's been a long time and not a single scratcher has joined. You may be sad, but don't worry. If you have a good friend or follower on scratch, you can invite them to the studio and ask if they can provide you support. You can add a picture in your signature in the forums, or even have your friend help you add fun things to your thread advertisment. A friend can be very helpful when getting people to join your studios.

Step 3- Making your studio fun
People won't want to join your studio if it's not fun for them or if it seems like any other studio, so make it fun and creative! Here's some ideas:
If your making a regular studio: Add a fun studio picture and inviting description. That's the first thing most scratchers see. And you can also tell people they can add any projects regarding a theme, or just a free-for-all! Most scratchers like to put their projects in studios.
If your making a roleplay: If your doing a roleplay based off of a movie or show (such as Harry Potter, Star Wars, Marvel) and want to have people roleplay as real characters, add a wide variety of characters to choose them. And then they'll be sure to find their favorite! Also, put a list of rules in the description for roleplaying. People won't follow some of your rules if they aren't there. If your doing a roleplay that involves OC's (made up characters), then have a fun sign up form for them to describe their character!

Step 4- A couple people joined my studio, now what?
Well, make sure to keep your studio running by being active. If you ditch your studio, people might quit it as well. And if you make a roleplay, make sure you don't wait forever to roleplay, or members will get bored. Keep repeating steps above to make your studio grow. If you try hard enough and have a unique studio, you may even get your studio featured!

So remember these steps, and you'll have a succesful studio! I hope this explained a few things.

There is a button called curater then click that and type in the scratchers username you want to invite.

Invite lots of curators to your studio, you should get a lot of people who want to join the studio ^^
