Look, it depends based on what definition of “copy” we're talking about. If we're basing this on a child's idea of what a copy is, then yes, Mad City is a copy. However, I believe that it's different enough that it wouldn't be considered a copy by the dictionary defintion.

I wouldn’t really call MC a rip off to begin with because while it does have a “Escape Prison Theme” it still has features in the game that make it unique from JB

Where's the cog ripoffs and the fighting? I wouldn't call MeepCity a ToonTown Online ripoff, but it does have a similar map.
