Banned... For no reason?
A lot of people (like (removed by moderator - please don't name and shame)) get reasonlessly banned. Why is that? Is there someone behind this scheme? What can we do to see these bans as reasonless?

Bans are the business of the account owners and the ST - you don't know the whole story. The ST never bans without a good reason, and it is always manual. The account owners can appeal to the ST, but other then that, there's nothing else they can do.

Banned... For no reason?
Honestly, I don't know.
Someone was perma-banned for making spam topics on the forums, even though he stopped, and his friend was perma-banned for no reason, just because he was his friend. So, I guess the ST just randomly decides “oh hey this guy got banned, and he has friends. lets ban all his friends?”

The ST doesn't ban people for no reason. There always is a good reason, and there is always two sides to the story.
If someone feels that they were banned for a reason beyond their understanding, or if they believe that they shouldn't have been banned in the first place, it is important that they contact the Scratch Team by using Contact Us, or by emailing them at appeals@scratch.mit.edu.

You should also factor in the possibility of mistakes. The ST are humans, and sometimes they ban the wrong person.

The above two posts are related.
I can't really step in much, because everything is kept between the banner (whoever issued the ban) and the “banee” (the person that got banned), but I somewhat agree with @GullumIncComicz.
