Well, this thread is pretty old - I'm pretty sure no one is watching this anymore.

For future reference - it really depends on the context. If the project itself is violent or promotes violence, then that would be a definite no-no. However, if guns can be incorporated in a way that is appropriate for all ages (such as those illustrated in the editor that don't closely resemble real life guns and without any violence), then that would probably be ok. I say probably because in some cases it could still get marked as NFE, depending on the context.

Of course, if you wanted to play it safe (and I highly recommend doing so), I personally would not include any guns - at all. At the worst, it wouldn't be ok for Scratch. At the best, it would still be in the grey area, where it may or may not be ok.
