Are Scratch Images Copyrighted?
I am a web designer, and I really make good websites.
But, I am not a artist, so I cant really draw anything ..
I am trying to use a alien, but the one in the scratch images is what I want.
My question is
Are the images on scratch available for commercial use with modification?
Edit: I forgot there is no alien!, So my question is now, are the scratch images copyrighted?

Are Scratch Images Copyrighted?
No,everything created with the Scratch program falls under the Creative Commons License(meaning you don't need to pay a hefty amount of money for a license to use whatever's made on Scratch)

I am okay with that

I don't think that is entirely correct. Take a look at the FAQ document:No,everything created with the Scratch program falls under the Creative Commons License(meaning you don't need to pay a hefty amount of money for a license to use whatever's made on Scratch)So I can use it for commercial use, but I have to give credit?
I am okay with that
https://scratch.mit.edu/info/faq#permissions
and you will see that a few major pieces require explicit permission from the Scratch Team.
May I use / remix Scratch support materials, sprites, images, sounds or sample projects I’ve found on the website?
Yes: Most Scratch support materials on the Scratch website are available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license. There are a few exceptions: the Scratch Logo, Scratch Cat, Gobo, Pico, Nano, Giga, and Tera are Scratch trademarks, and can not be used without explicit permission from the Scratch Team.

I plan to not use any of those though, I plan to use something like the bear, or the bat.
Can I give credit, Do I have to pay money to use it?
I do not have time to read all of it, maybe later, but not now

Yes, and if you don't do that it's basically copyright violation.

Am I also safe because I show projects on my YouTube channel sometimes, especially during my regular live streams? I generally go on Scratch at least a few times during a majority of my regular live streams to play games I randomly find during the second portion of most of my streams. (I usually disable the sound if the project plays a song in the background that COULD get my stream blocked)

Hi! Next time, please create your own topic and don't use another person's one for asking your questions.
But I think you'll be fine, I found a lot of videos like this one so yeah…
